Daycare description / philosophy

My Registered Home Daycare provides a loving, safe and supportive family setting for your child. It is important that we work together as partners and feel comfortable discussing your child's needs. I believe the first years of a child's life are critical to healthy development - physical, cognitive, social and emotional. I organize our days to provide opportunities in all of these areas of development, appropriate to the age of each child. Although structured learning is valuable, I have found that most learning opportunities arise through play.
I recognize the trust you are putting in me by placing your child in my care, and I appreciate the responsibility that comes with that trust. Communication between the care provider and parents is in the best interest of the child, and I encourage an open dialogue.
